Batch 05 is a Rye Whiskey Blend composed of:
97% Sazerac Rye (Buffalo Trace, 90 proof)
3% Benchmark Full Proof (Buffalo Trace, 125 proof)
The blend was barrled into Badmotivator M0 5554, a 19L barrel with a Medium Plus Toast (#3) and no char.
The barrel was filled for aging on April 11th, 2025. It has not been bottled yet.
